Greenburgh Town Hall is up for sale! No, don't get your hopes up. We're not going out of business. We're moving to 177 Hillside Ave in October. We're sending out requests for proposals to developers, assisted living facilities, businesses interested in purchasing our property and redeveloping it. We hope to raise a few million dollars from the sale which will be used to keep our taxes down. The Library Board will be asked to sign off before we decide who we are going to sell to.
